In 2009, we sold and closed $12,150,612 in commercial real estate and handled leases valued at $3,167.855, representing 17 sales and 34 lease transactions. Through hard work, marketing, accessibility, and diligence, we sold 60% of our own sales listings and leased 65% of our own lease listings. <br><br> In 2008, we sold and closed over $10.5 million worth of commercial real estate, and handled leases valued at over $6.5 million, representing 34 buyers and sellers, and 37 landlords and tenants. We sold 24% of our own sales listings and leased 67% of our own lease listings in 2008. <br><br> 2010 has had its real estates challenges. The commercial market was not as hard hit as some originally projected, and experts are saying we have hit bottom. In reality, the market will bounce on the bottom for a while. It's an excellent time to buy or lock into a longer term lease. Our sales through July 30 were down; we closed 2 transactions valued at $1,570,000. Indicative of the market, however, is that as of August 2010 we have four properties under contract, valued at over $2.7M. Leasing-wise, we are seeing shorter terms. We've handled 24 lease transactions YTD valued at $2.4M, representing 12 landlords and 12 tenants.
